Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund are possible, but only if informed and requested by email using this form and followed up with a phone call prior to your course date. This form is also included in the confirmation letter sent to you after registering

Cancellation

A cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds.

  • $75.00 to a refund if requested by email 21 days or more before the course;
  • $125.00 to a refund if requested by email 14 to 21 days before the course;
  • $200.00 to a refund if requested by email 7 to 14 days before the course;
  • No refund will be possible if requested 1 to 7 days before the course or if not showing at the course.

Only a health matter could change the request. It would have to be accompanied by a signed doctor document.

Re-scheduling is possible:

Re-scheduling fee:

  • $0.00 no cost, If done 21 days before your course date
  • $75.00 If done 14 to 21 days before your course date
  • $100.00 If done 7 to 14 days before your course date
  • The total amount if requested 1 to 7 days before the course or if not showing at the course.
  • Only a health matter could change the request. It would have to be accompanied by a signed doctor document.

Replacement:

$0.00 no charge

If you cannot attend your course but arrange for a friend to take your spot, there is no charge. You have to inform us before the course day.
